Rear-Loader Driver (Not Hiring)
Bavarian Trucking Co. is accepting applications for full time rear load driving positions. Applicants must: possess a valid Class A or B CDL, have an acceptable background check and driving record, submit to DOT pre employment testing, and be able to physically load solid waste containers weighing up to 90 lbs consistently. Interested individuals must be able to successfully complete orientation/training. Applicants must be able to begin work at 4 a.m. with possible Saturdays.
All new employees must successfully complete an orientation and comprehensive safety and driver training. At Bavarian, your safety is priority one.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay ranges for competent drivers averages $600.00-$800.00 per week;
- 401k - Employer matches 50% of employee contribution (up to 4% of salary);
- Enhanced vacation- 1 week after 1 year; 2 weeks after 3 years, 3 weeks after 10 years, 4 weeks after 20 years;

Driver-Helper (Not Hiring)
Our Garbage Helper/Laborers are responsible for assisting the driver in the collection of residential
solid waste by physically loading waste into a garbage truck, as well as communicating professionally
with our customers at all times and maintaining a good company image. Helpers constantly lift, push, and pull waste containers
that weigh up to 90 lbs and operate truck compacting controls.
Qualified applicants must also be able to work Saturday's as needed.
All applicants must satisfy a pre-employment criminal background check and orientation.

- This position pays $9.00 per hour ;
- 401k - Employer matches 50% of employee contribution (up to 4% of salary);
- Enhanced vacation- 1 week after 1 year; 2 weeks after 3 years, 3 weeks after 10 years, 4 weeks after 20 years;
